3301PA Nylon is a general-purpose industrial-grade 3D printing material with good mechanical properties, balanced rigidity and toughness, and stable dimensional accuracy. It features low moisture absorption, excellent chemical resistance, and good processability for MJF/SLS 3D printing. Widely used in functional prototypes, mechanical parts, automotive components, and general industrial parts, it is suitable for batch production of durable and reliable printed parts.

Build Time: The standard production lead time is approximately 96 hours. Please note that the build duration will be extended for oversized parts, complex geometries, bulk orders, or high-volume production runs.
Color: The standard available color for this material is pure white, delivering a clean and consistent appearance for finished printed parts.
Tolerance: We maintain strict dimensional accuracy throughout the printing process. The tolerance is controlled at ±0.3mm for part dimensions within 100mm, and ±0.4% for part dimensions exceeding 100mm.
Recommended Wall Thickness: To ensure optimal structural integrity, printing stability, and consistent part quality, a minimum wall thickness of greater than 1.0mm is highly recommended.
Max Build Size: The maximum single-piece build envelope for this process is 350mm × 350mm × 400mm, supporting the production of large-scale industrial components.
Min Build Size: The minimum printable dimensions are 5mm × 5mm × 5mm for standard structures, and 10mm × 2mm × 2mm for thin-wall functional features.
Features: This material exhibits good heat resistance, high mechanical strength, excellent toughness and outstanding impact resistance, with a uniform fine grainy surface texture. Its heat deflection temperature reaches up to 140℃, ensuring stable performance under moderate elevated temperature conditions.
