Black resin is a high-performance matte black photosensitive material for SLA 3D printing. It features deep pure black color with uniform tone and delicate surface texture. Low shrinkage brings excellent dimensional stability and avoids warping or deformation. It owns high hardness, good rigidity and balanced toughness, delivering fine detail restoration for complex structures and thin-wall parts. Easy for post-processing such as sanding, polishing, painting and gluing. With stable temperature resistance, it is ideal for appearance models, functional components, consumer electronics housings, automotive prototypes and industrial verification parts. Not suitable for long-term outdoor, UV radiation and continuous high-temperature environments.

Strengths: This black resin delivers premium matte black surface with extremely smooth texture without visible layer lines. It provides outstanding toughness and long-term service durability. Featuring low curing shrinkage, the material maintains excellent dimensional stability and minimizes warpage during mass production. With superior hardness and mechanical strength, this resin possesses reliable heat resistance that can continuously withstand ambient temperatures up to 65℃. The consistent material performance makes it highly suitable for batch processing and high-volume repetitive production of industrial parts.
Weaknesses: This black resin material is not applicable for long-term outdoor placement, continuous high-temperature working environments, direct intense sunlight exposure and ultraviolet radiation conditions, which may cause material aging, brittleness and performance degradation.
Applications: Widely utilized for master mold appearance inspection, conceptual design validation, conventional structural components and durable functional parts. It is commonly adopted in multiple industrial sectors including automotive industry, consumer electronics and other commercial manufacturing fields.
