CBY - Photosensitive Resin

CBY - Photosensitive Resin

CBY is a universal industrial photosensitive resin tailored for mainstream stereolithography 3d printing technology, widely used for engineering trial production and structural verification. It features uniform coloring effect, ultra-smooth finished surfaces and inconspicuous layer traces, greatly improving the appearance grade of 3d printing prototype. The low-shrinkage curing formula effectively stabilizes dimensional accuracy and prevents part warping and deformation during repetitive prototyping iterations. Matched with moderate hardness and excellent toughness, the material provides qualified mechanical support for daily functional testing and structural assembly. Its stable liquidity and high curing efficiency enable continuous batch processing, while convenient post-processing such as polishing, painting and bonding simplifies sample modification. It is widely adopted for conceptual modeling, decorative components, daily functional parts and low-load industrial rapid prototyping, realizing stable and reliable 3d printing in resin for various engineering verification tasks.

Limitations: This conventional SLA resin is not suitable for long-term UV exposure, outdoor service environments and extreme high-temperature working conditions, which will accelerate material fatigue and performance attenuation.
