FR4 CNC Machining

FR-4 is a flame-retardant material grade coded FR-4, which means the resin material can self-extinguish when ignited. Most FR-4 materials are composites composed of multi-functional epoxy resin, fillers and glass fiber.

The FR-4 epoxy glass cloth laminates produced in our factory are widely used in various industries, and are commonly named FR-4 epoxy glass sheet, insulation board, epoxy board, brominated epoxy resin board, FR-4 fiberglass board, FR-4 reinforcement sheet, FPC stiffener, flexible circuit board stiffener and so on. Featuring outstanding electrical insulation, excellent flatness, smooth surface and standard thickness tolerance, these products suit fields with strict requirements for high-performance electronic insulation.

Our FR-4 materials are processed into diverse products, such as FPC stiffeners, PCB drilling backup boards, fiberglass dielectrics, carbon film printing fiberglass sheets for potentiometers, precision rotary star gears (wafer grinding), precision test boards, etc. Besides, FR-4 can be made into insulation separators for electrical equipment, insulation gaskets, transformer insulation plates, motor insulation components, grinding gears and insulation boards for electronic switches.

This material features excellent chemical resistance, with a low dielectric loss coefficient (Df = 0.0025) and a stable, low dielectric constant (Dk = 2.35). Classified as a thermoplastic material, it delivers stable electrical performance and reliable environmental adaptability for industrial insulation applications.
