FR-4 is a flame-retardant material grade coded FR-4, which means the resin material can self-extinguish when ignited. Most FR-4 materials are composites composed of multi-functional epoxy resin, fillers and glass fiber.
The FR-4 epoxy glass cloth laminates produced in our factory are widely used in various industries, and are commonly named FR-4 epoxy glass sheet, insulation board, epoxy board, brominated epoxy resin board, FR-4 fiberglass board, FR-4 reinforcement sheet, FPC stiffener, flexible circuit board stiffener and so on.
