T2 copper is commonly known as red copper in factory production workshops. Classified as high-purity copper-silver alloy material, T2 copper enforces strict purity standards: the total mass fraction of copper and silver combined must exceed 99.9%, while there is no restricted threshold for phosphorus content within its chemical composition.

Test Specimen Requirements: Applicable to copper strips with a thickness of 0.2 mm and above
Tensile Strength (σb): ≥ 195 MPa
Vickers Hardness: ≤ 70 HV
Note: All above tensile mechanical property indicators are tested at room temperature for copper strip materials.
Heat Treatment & Processing Parameters
Hot Working Temperature Range: 900~1050℃
Annealing Temperature Range: 500~700℃
Recrystallization Starting Temperature: The recrystallization initiation temperature of cold-work hardened copper material is 200~300℃.
