PAC HP Nylon is a high-performance copolymer nylon formulated for MJF 3D printing. It balances outstanding impact resistance, flexibility and chemical stability, delivering superior ductility compared to standard PA12. This low-density, moisture-resistant nylon features excellent wear performance and long-term structural stability. Suitable for thin-wall parts, flexible components, snap fits and complex functional assemblies, PAC nylon is widely used in consumer goods, industrial machinery and daily end-use parts.

PA12 HP Nylon is the most widely used material for MJF 3D printing. It delivers excellent mechanical strength, outstanding toughness, high chemical resistance and stable dimensional performance.
