Grey Resin

Grey Resin

Grey Resin is a general-purpose rigid photosensitive resin with matte grey appearance. It features high hardness, smooth printing surface and excellent dimensional accuracy. With low shrinkage and stable mechanical properties, this grey resin delivers uniform color without grainy texture. It is easy for post-processing including polishing, sanding, painting and gluing. Cost-effective and versatile, it is widely used for rapid prototyping, mechanical parts, casing models, industrial verification samples and daily functional components. Weaknesses Not suitable for long-term outdoor exposure, high-temperature environments and UV radiation conditions.

Strengths: Featuring a uniform industrial grey appearance, this resin delivers high mechanical strength and excellent structural toughness. It maintains outstanding dimensional stability with low curing shrinkage during the printing process. The material possesses steady temperature resistance, which can withstand ambient temperatures up to 65°C. It is perfectly adapted to batch processing and high-volume repetitive production of industrial parts.
Weaknesses: This material is not applicable for long-term outdoor placement, persistent high-temperature working conditions, environments with direct sunlight exposure and intensive UV radiation.
Applications: Widely applied for master mold appearance verification, conceptual design models, conventional structural components, and functional testing parts. It covers multiple industrial sectors including automotive industry and consumer electronic equipment manufacturing.
