Grey Resin

Grey Resin

Grey Resin is a rigid, multi-functional photosensitive resin with a standardized matte grey surface, widely used for industrial sample verification and small-batch production. It integrates high hardness, smooth surface finish and precise dimensional control, with stable mechanical properties and low shrinkage characteristics that effectively avoid part deformation. The material achieves even color distribution without granular texture, ensuring unified appearance standards for test pieces and formal parts. It supports full conventional post-processing processes such as polishing, sanding, painting and adhesive bonding, featuring excellent process adaptability. As a cost-effective universal material, it covers most application scenarios including engineering 3d printing prototype fabrication, mechanical parts manufacturing, casing design verification, industrial sampling and daily functional component production, perfectly matchingrapid prototyping and small-batch rapid manufacturing 3d printing demands via our professional resin 3d printing service.

Limitations: This general rigid resin cannot withstand long-term outdoor exposure, sustained high-temperature environments and persistent UV radiation, which will accelerate material aging, discoloration and structural performance degradation.
