SLS 3D printing mainly uses nylon-based polymer powders, including pure nylon, glass-filled nylon and carbon-filled nylon. These materials feature high toughness, excellent impact resistance, good wear resistance, stable dimensional accuracy, heat resistance and chemical resistance. They are widely applied in functional prototypes, mechanical parts, automotive components, electronic structural parts and low-volume end production.

3201 PA‑F is a versatile PA12 nylon powder for SLS 3D printing. It delivers balanced strength, excellent toughness (35% elongation), and good heat resistance (HDT 147°C). Gray‑black, support‑free, cost‑effective. Ideal for functional prototypes, structural parts, and low‑volume end parts in automotive, electronics, and consumer goods.

1172Pro is a high-performance white PA12 nylon for SLS printing. It features ultra-high heat resistance, excellent rigidity, low moisture absorption, and stable dimensional accuracy. With support-free printing, it is perfect for high-temperature resistant parts, automotive components, and precise structural end-use parts.
