Selective Laser Sintering (SLS)

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) sinters polymer or metal powder particles together via a focused laser beam layer by layer. This powder bed printing method eliminates the need for sacrificial support structures entirely, enabling the fabrication of intricate geometries, internal channels, nested assemblies and interlocking moving parts that cannot be manufactured easily by conventional machining. Unused loose powder acts as natural support during printing and can be recycled for subsequent production, effectively cutting material waste.

3D Printing

Multi Jet Fusion(MJF)

The technology mainly applies nylon and carbon/glass fiber reinforced nylon materials, producing durable functional end-use components rather than simple display prototypes. With no mold investment required, MJF cuts down the cost threshold for small-batch orders widely used in consumer electronics housings, mechanical fixtures, automotive custom accessories and medical custom parts, striking a great balance between production cost, delivery cycle and component quality.

CNC Machining

Stereolithography (SLA)

SLA provides abundant resin options, including standard rigid resin, flexible rubber-like resin, high-temperature resistant resin, transparent resin and castable wax resin for investment casting. The cured resin parts feature stable shape retention and excellent surface finish, which greatly reduces workload for polishing, sanding and other post-processing procedures. While most standard SLA resins are not suitable for long-term heavy load-bearing applications, they are ideal for appearance prototypes, aesthetic verification models and master patterns for silicone molding.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

White Jet Process(WJP)

The core competitiveness of WJP lies in voxel-level full-color synchronous forming without secondary manual painting. It supports over one million color combinations, realizing seamless color gradients, local color differentiation and realistic texture restoration on a single component, which perfectly solves the color deviation and uneven coating troubles of post-spraying coloring. Meanwhile, the system can simultaneously deposit multiple resin materials in one printing cycle, including rigid ABS-like resin, flexible TPU-like resin, transparent resin, heat-resistant resin and medical biocompatible resin. Hardness, transparency and elasticity can be customized at different positions of the same model to achieve integrated multi-material one-step molding impossible for single-material 3D printing technologies。

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Selective Laser Melting(SLM)

SLM greatly breaks through the limitations of conventional metal manufacturing, enabling integrated forming of hollow structures, lattice structures, lightweight frameworks and complex internal flow channels. It eliminates the need for expensive custom molds and reduces material waste significantly. This technology is widely applied in aerospace, automotive, medical implants, mold inserts, robotics and precision machinery, becoming the ideal solution for customized, high-performance small-batch metal production.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Binder Jetting(BJ)

Binder Jetting (BJ) is a room-temperature additive manufacturing technology that selectively deposits liquid binder onto thin layers of metal, ceramic or sand powder to bond particles into solid shapes. Unlike laser-based processes, it requires no high heat or melting during printing, resulting in almost zero thermal stress, warping or deformation. The surrounding loose powder acts as natural support, allowing the fabrication of complex overhangs, lattice structures, hollow cavities and integrated assemblies without additional support structures, greatly simplifying post-processing.

Sheet Metal Fabrication

Fused Deposition Modeling(FDM)

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) extrudes continuously melted thermoplastic filament through a heated nozzle and deposits material layer upon layer to build physical parts. The equipment structure is simple and easy to operate, with low entry costs for both factories and individual designers. Additional support structures can be added for overhanging features, and leftover materials are easy to collect, replace and store without complicated powder recovery systems required by powder-bed 3D printing technologies.
